A problem to solve!

Hello XFree86,I am a user in China.Today I try to install Debian Woody on my laptop.While finished install I type "startx" and there are some problem.

The version of XFree86 I am using is 4.0.
The Operating System and its version is Debian Woody 3.0. 

Here is my laptop's specs:
Mobile Pentium 4-M 1.8GHz 
256MB RAM DDR, 40GB HDD, DVD/CD-R 
14" XGA, 2xUSB (1.1), Modem (Conexant) 
SiS900 10/100 LAN, IEEE1394 (FireWire) 
SiS650 UMA-GFX
SiS7012 Sound (i810) 

I also use command "lspic" get some infomation:
