I've an Intel 855GM on an ASUS M3N and in Windows XP I can rotate the
screen (90, 180 and 270 degrees). I tried with the 'i810' driver, but it
doesn't work, as expected because in the 'i810' section on XFree86 site
there's no "Rotate" option.

Is this function available on the coming XFree86 4.4? Is it could be
implemented it?

On the other hand, are there any other ways to use this function?

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
