(How might I help?) We seek a videocard to drive our new DVI monitors. Until this snag the ASUS GeForce 4 MX (with the XFree86 nv driver) looked good. We would rather not use the proprietary nvidia driver as it would require separate installation on each of our different kernels. The next contender appears to be one of the ATI DVI-capable cards but as yet we have no experience with them...
