Hi I have a "HP Netserver LX Pro" server on which I would like to run X windows for Linux RedHat 9. However, X crashes at startup : "device not detected". The video card on this machine is onboard : Cirrus Logic GD542X On the Xfree website in the documentation about this device, I noticed that that video card was supported In Xfree86 3.3.6 but is not in 4.3.0 So, is there any way I can add support to this card in Xfree86 4.3.0 ? I have included the xserver log file (created when it crashed) in attachement
