i have tried to crosscompile xipaq from XFree86-4.3.99.901, with 2.95.3 toolchain.
the problem is that XIPAQ and XFBDEVcrashes with some programs, but works well with others. If i run the precompiled Xfbdev from familiar package it runs well, keeping rest everything same.
One guess.... i did "strings" on both, my Xfbdev has mention of "libz and libfreetype" while the standard one doesn't. if that helps.....
