Yes, it should work. I assume you are using the "nv" driver that came with XFree86 4.3. A modeline like the following should work. Modeline "1920x1200" 193.16 1920 2048 2256 2592 1200 1201 1204 1242 XFree86 4.3 has some autodetection problems (the 4.4 pre-releases are better in this respect), so you often have to do some XF86Config file magic with flat panels. Try adding to the Section "Device": Option "FlatPanel" If that doesn't work, then also try: Option "CrtcNumber" "1" If you can't get it to work send me your /var/log/XFree86.0.log file. Mark.
