Just follow their instructions to get them. After make World copy the sis_dri.so from somewhere under the exports-folder to /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/dri/. After that everything should be ok. The build of sis_dri was broken a long time, now Eric Anholt is working on it and does a great job. I use the kernel module from xfree-drm (gentoo-packaged).
