[XFree86] Does X framebuffer code use virtual resolution for double+ buffering?

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello!

As I understood, fb_var_screeninfo's:
__u32 xres_virtual;
__u32 yres_virtual;
__u32 xoffset;
__u32 yoffset;
determine primary and shadow surfaces switched by ioctl. My question is:
whether XFree86 use this videocard feature or draws to primary surface only?

Is it proper question for this maillist?
Thanks in advance.

With best regards, Alexander Gordeyev. E-mail: me@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
