I'd say that it's basically unsupported. I don't think any X
developper is currently using kerberos. 
The kerberos IV code was tested by OpenBSD people, but they have not
yet tried to use the krb5 code.

I've no idea. But if someone wants to work on this and submit patches,
he's welcome.
