Therefore I suppose the first column is the linux specific one while the second is the 'generic' one. Since both show the bad checksum this may not be the cause of the problem. Do you see the same probems under linux as on BSD when you use the generic one? Do you also see them with the linux-specific int10 module under Linux? Sorry for pestering you so much. I just want to make sure it's not an emulator but a BIOS problem.
