You're using an old and unsupported release of XFree86, and
should upgrade your OS to a version which ships the current
release of XFree86 4.3.0, or alternatively upgrade XFree86 by
hand to version 4.3.0.

It appears your X server is having difficulty walking the PCI
bus.

If the problem persists while using XFree86 version 4.3.0, file a
bug report in bugzilla at http://bugs.xfree86.org
