   Don't specify a "Chipset" line in the Section "Device" of the
XF86Config file.  That is for forcing a driver to treat one chip
like a different chip.  The only thing you really need in a 
Device section is the Identifier and Driver lines.  Anything
else modifies default behavior, which is usually not what you
want.
