Well, arguably you should use XFree86, because it's open source. fglrx is
ATI's closed source driver. It didn't work for me a long long time ago, but
I'm sure it's better now.

I think it actually means that XFree86 found a VGA controller at that location
on the PCI buses, but couldn't find a 'Device' section in the config file
which matches it.
