Hi, for me is impossible to use something different from Vesa drivers, I don't understand the problem, but is possible that XFree can't read configurations availables from the video card.
I specify the environment :
Asus 5830 Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz Mobility Radeon 9000 (rv or rt250) 64 MB video ram
Mandrake 9.1 or 9.2 RC1 (ken) (Kernel 2.4.22-1)
newsgroups are a bit caotic, I can't find the right solution.
Is a problem related to DRI drivers?
