Thanks for Ur kindly reply.

I am very sorry, since the project i work on needs knowledge about Xlib and Qt/KDE programming, so sometimes i may ask more. I am really sorry about it, will pay more attention to it before raising questions.

Still, another question, U know i get XID from function XGetInputFocus(),  now is there any function available to get this XID recognized by Qt?

BTW, aurora is my english name. My real name is xiaolei not the one U mentioned in last mail.

Hi, Xiaolei!

Check your archives using md5sum(1) from Trolltech's download page but you
are probably missing some devel packages needed for successful installation.

You do realize that this mailing list does not cover problems in other X11
related software like Trolltech's QT, unless they are caused by bugs in
XFree86 code?

BTW, correct me if I am wrong but isn't your real name actually Niranjan?
