   I'm not sure what you're asking.  "FbBase" and "FbStart" in
most drivers are virtual addresses and not useful to anything
other than the X-server.  Do you mean the physical address?
the DGA extension has some protocol to query the physical
address and the start of the framebuffer, but not all
drivers will support this.
