Thanks, I can get into xfree86 now. One question--I'd like to update the things I downloaded from the German site--it got almost all the way through the initial checkout. But that site puts everything at /cvs/X/ xc, while it's at /cvs/xc on the xfree86. Is there any way around this--it cannot find anything as it stands right now! I'd rather not have to check out from scratch...I can change every CVS/Repository file, but there must be a better way.
