Hello all! I would really like to get my grubby little hands on the latest trident video driver, but I can not access CVS from work. The problem I am having has been fixed (the 'sparklies') a few weeks ago, as I have seen it in the change logs. I tried to download the latest version of the CVS repository, but our firewall here will not let me access any CVS repositories. I am running RedHat 8.0., X version 4.2.0. I would be extremely grateful if some kind soul could possibly compile the latest trident driver for me and email it to me. It would make my eyes very, very happy. The current driver is located on my machine at: (I don't know if this helps or not...) /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/trident_drv.o My email address is: fmerenda at agris dot com.
