OK, there is a solution:

configure your kernell: 
1. add line "device agp" to your kernell configuration
2. recompile & install new kernell
3. "cd /usr/ports/graphics/drm-kmod/ && make install clean"
4. "cd /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ && cp drm.sh.sample drm.sh "
5. restart your computer...
6. try to configure XFree86 again.
