You may try to remove (or better comment) the line:
	 ChipSet "RIVATNT2"
in device section and see what happens.
Also, you should try to download NVIDIA drivers from www.nvidia.com (for 
Debian I guess you need the sources  for kernel module and GLX module and you 
must compile both).For setup you will have to modify XF86Config by yourself.
(read instructions contained in the README file carefully, the driver in this 
case is called "nvidia" not "nv" and you have several options to set!)
