You may try to remove (or better comment) the line: ChipSet "RIVATNT2" in device section and see what happens. Also, you should try to download NVIDIA drivers from www.nvidia.com (for Debian I guess you need the sources for kernel module and GLX module and you must compile both).For setup you will have to modify XF86Config by yourself.
