Trident 9388 colours

Hi all,

I have a Trident Cyber 9388 in my Fujitsu Lifebook and the colours are completely messed up in 15, 16 or 24 bit depth - 8 bit is ok though.

I have been reading the archives and so I have already tried all of the following.  None of these has made any difference to the problem.

Alan's updated driver.

Disabled XVideo.

The updated DRM code also from Alan's page.

I have read other reports that this helps but I can't understand why it should make any difference as there are no drivers for Trident here.  Also I don't have DRM configured in my kernel as none of the cards which are offered are Trident.  Can someone who knows better than I, please tell me if there is any possible effect from the DRM update.

These are the only possibilities that I have found.  Can anyone offer any more ideas please?  I am happy to to try things out as this machine is currently only being used for testing.
