Is there any howtos on getting the best font display under X? I am running MDK 8.2 with the Ximian desktop. Since installing Ximian, fonts appear pretty awful/ugly -- jagged edges, odd sizes etc. Sometimes they are ok, it depends on the application. I don't recall them being this bad before putting Ximian on.
