hi , having a problem with my UPS. it works fine in console mode , BUT when X is started it starts to log that it cannont find /dev/ttyS0 and drops control. I've tried this with X's supplied nv.o NVIDIA's first driver and 1-0.2880, all to no effect. I'm running Mandrake 8.2 with shipped X. The mouse and modem however keep on going when X starts. thnaks Jason Cox
