I've ignored the web page because I thought it's not complete list of frequency bands. This time I validated the web site data by comparing the web site's 11/30/2016 revision to the doc I originally referred which released on the same date and confirmed that the web site data is newer and valid to refer. 5150 ~ 5250Mhz band is only diff between the latest web site revision and the doc I referred. But both of the web site's 11/30/2016 revision and the doc's 11/30/2016 released one specify 2.5mW/MHz for 5150 ~ 5250Mhz which is identical. This band's power spec was updated on 6/27/2018 revision to 10mW/Mhz and stay the same until now according to the web site, hence I'll update my patch to address the change.
