Actually it was meant to be
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32013D0752&from=EN,
but wrong in either case.

Good catch, it's not that I confused them so much as I just forgot the
mW. I'll fix that.
