Just got a confirmation from the CRC that conformance to the EN 300 440-2 requires conformance to the EN 300 440-1 and the e.i.r.p. value in their list is taken from the 300 440-1. Will update the patch accordingly. Here's the relevant quote from 300 440-2: > 4.2 Conformance requirements > 4.2.1 Transmitter requirements > 4.2.1.1 Equivalent isotropically radiated power > > The equivalent isotropically radiated power, as defined in EN 300 440-1 [1], > clause 7.1.1, shall not exceed the limits in EN 300 440-1 [1], clause 7.1.3, > table 4. > > This requirement applies to transmitters with an integral or dedicated > antenna. > > 4.2.1.2 Permitted range of operating frequencies > > The permitted range of operation frequencies, as defined in EN 300 440-1 [1], > clause 7.2.1, shall not exceed the limits in EN 300 440-1 [1], clause 7.2.4.
