Will check/try it out.

Main thing would be to allow some guys to make use of like an offline version of some PHP apps/code, etc., so this might/should do the job if it does what it sounds like it should.

Portable XAMPP might just do the job. It has PHP, MySQL, and Apache to run from flash drive.
