Hello sir or madam,

I am aware that
https://svn.php.net/repository/php/php-src/branches/PHP_5_4is the
source code to PHP. My instention was to build php binaries for
windows and package them with the PHP MSI installer. I apologize if I was
unclear as to my intentions.
