Using 5.2.13-nts does work for FastCGI with IIS and MySQL but now PostgreSQL doesn't work, which is same as 5.3.2-nts with IPv6 uninstalled. For now, I'll go back to 5.3.2-nts and use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost where MySQL is concerned. After some google'ing, looks like IPv6 won't be supported in MySQL anytime soon :( Search for 'ipv6' in 5.5 manual yields 0 results. V6 manual states: "The MySQL 6.0 Reference Manual has been retired. MySQL 6.0 was not developed beyond Alpha status and new releases have not been made for some time, so the manual has been withdrawn as well. New development is currently focused on MySQL 5.5."
