WINCACHE DLL can be downloaded from http://www.iis.net/expand/WinCacheForPhp. The links here will take you to source forge actually. The download is available for both PHP5.2 as well as PHP5.3 NTS version. Please chose what is appropriate for you.

Most of the extension can be downloaded from http://downloads.php.net/pierre/.

Where can wincache.dll be downloaded?

Any progress on the 1.5 year project to restore windows pecl?
