I don't think it matters where you load it in the conf file. I generally just have it at the very bottom of the httpd.conf file or in another httpd-php.conf file in the extra directory.

I work in a library and queries are constantly triggered by users searching our titles looking for a specific book or material. They also use the web applications to renew the book loans, reserve some material, etc.
