I was in the same boat and ended up calling them to find out. The WinEnabler has been pulled from the site in order to test the installer better. Apparently a few clients were having problems after the install involving a process leak. This is the explanation of the issue and what to watch for: "At this time the major bug we have found is that on some systems the master php.exe process restarts and fails to kill the child processes. This would give you a php.exe process leak which can impair performance. The default maximum number of php.exe processes is 25, so it would be best to keep an eye on this. Again, this doesn't occur on all systems and we don't have a profile for systems that may experience it. Additionally, for improved performance we recommend running IIS5 or IIS6 in IIS5 isolation mode if you are running vhosts." I was able to get a copy of the WinEnabler from Zend for demo and if I don't experience the any problems will be purchasing a license. I was about to buy a license of ZEnd's PHP WinEnabler product. But they have removed ALL references to the product from their website.
