There's no way with that line of code that you can't get the img tag. Either another line of code is being run or your browser (or a proxy or firewall) is removing the img tag. Try putting it all one one line. If that doesn't work: <?php echo '<a href="javascript:openWindow();">'; echo '<img src="'.$row_ads['full_img'].'" width="87" height="120" />'; echo '</a>'; ?> Also, try setting $row_ads['full_img'] to something you know will work just before the echo. Perhaps your value in that array isn't populated.
