I heard the license explanation some time ago; and then I hear that it was resolved. And mysqli was in RC2. So, I don't think that Zend guys would just remove it without saying anything about it. So, my guess is that the just forgot to put the dll in the package. However, it has been almost two weeks now, and I didn't see the fix. So, does anybody have the update?
