Hi, yes I have, when i start up apache from the command line, it says that apache 1.3.27 and php 4.3.6
are running. I added the mime type directives to httpd.conf yes.

The error i am getting right now, is no longer
trying to download the file instead of rendering the page, the error message I'm getting right now says,
"you do not have permission to access /hello.php on this server.

This is running on my desktop win98 machine.

What might it be?

Thanks.
