FYI, I've since removed 4.3.3 and re-installed 4.3.2 and it worked immediately. Only difference I noticed in install was 4.3.2 only showed WWW Service in list to add .php to, whereas 4.3.3 showed WWW Service and all sites with .php reference. -- E.
