FYI, I commented on this before and it is in the forums.  Googling for
the affected CLISD found my post at:
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-users/2011-March/087729.html
which reveals this is a failure to install the VAIEC.DLL file from
Visual Studio 6.
