I would check the AMD/ATI drivers site to insure that this is the latest/greatest LINUX driver for your video card. The latest version is in the eleven (11) series. I know that this does NOT support either of my video cards (I have a Mac with an X1600 series and an IBM laptop build in 1998 that has a 3D card in it, but none of the available AMD drivers support it.)
