[Rolling Eyes] If you really mean you want to install Windows, you're in the wrong place. You can't install Windows in Wine; for that you need something like VM Player or VirtualBox. Now, if you mean you want to install a Windows application and are having problems, you are going to have to give us a lot more details, including what distro you're using, what version of Wine, what application you're trying to install, and exactly what is going wrong.
