I have gone through a whole range of the CPU tweaks, settings and "config" files. Results are somewhat better. Nowhere near playable yet - but significant enough to warrant a nod. What I am noticing from some of those articles as well, is that there is probably some amount of GPU scaling of the sort also going on. Do you maybe have some more info on that? I tried some google magic but came up empty. The only scaling options for GPU that I could find was the type that scales resolutions...
