you got the first part right, navigating to the program files directory, then you'll have to see what is in it. You can do that with an 'ls' command:

cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/
ls



That will list the contents of the Program Files directory. Then 'cd' (change directory) to the directory that contains the program you want (probably Arena 10 or the name of the software developer). You'll probably see common files and internet explorer, and those aren't the ones you want.

Then ls again to see the contents of that directory. You'll probably see something like Arena10.exe and you should be able to then run 'wine arena10.exe' and get things started.
