The problem is probably this: Unimplemented function KERNEL32.dll.InitializeConditionVariable There's probably not much you can do, apart from filing a bug. There is no winetricks to override that dll with a windows dll, it wouldn't work anyway due to wines different architecture. You could look at http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=1124 some older versions seem to run quite well.
