And yet you still haven't told me your DISTRO, though I can guess from the numbering that it's Ubuntu or one of its flavors. If you are going to stay with Linux, you are going to have to learn the basics, not just for Wine, but to get anything done at all. Basic knowledge of how to use your operating system is assumed here. Your Wine version is old; upgrade to the latest development release.
