How can configure wine to run my programs from my windows partition within arch linux?
This is highly not recommended. Wine can damage your Windows partition, rendering your Windows install unbootable. And most programs won't work anyway, as they create special registry entries during install, which can not be read by Wine.

I think the question should be:

How can I link the Program Files directory on Windows to the Program Files directory on Wine. You can but we don't support this as vitamin said and doing so is outside the scope of the Wine project.
