Geez.  It's not that hard.

I usually make an fstab entry to always mount the remote
filesystem in, say, /net/hostname/sharename,
then make a drive letter with a symlink, e.g.
  ln -s /net/fooserver/fooshare ~/.wine/dos_devices/g:
