First, I would suggest you install the latest version of wine, 1.3.26 I believe.
If that doesn't fix it, make sure the screendump is large enough to be readable.
You might try changing the version of Windows and running the program in a terminal. Sometimes an error message will identify a missing library or some other obvious problem.
