You probably only need to offer Wine's source code. As doh123 mentions, the tricky bit is removing the X dependency. This is a work in progress. See http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX/QuartzDriver and and http://wiki.winehq.org/DIBEngine for two parts of the puzzle.
