So, the demo (made in 2006 or so) hangs, and slows down the system a whole lot, right after the splash pong video. Running in a virtual desktop makes it easier to kill the game when this happens. You can work around the hang with 'winetricks quartz devenum', but the frame rate of the game is terrible on my system, it's not playable. And all the video seems to be upside down...
