Anyway, I'm likely to have an exact instruction for you now: Open the terminal window, and use the command Code: cd "$HOME/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Amazon/Kindle" then use: Code: wine Kindle.exe And now, whether it works or not, it would give the clue we need and we'll likely to know if you need to update wine.
