Winetricks has many options, but you may need to try using Mono.  Based 
on my previous looks at that product, Mono may support ASP.NET at the 
4.0 level not 2.0 level.

sh winetricks mono210 is what you may need to use.

There are issues with using Mono with some programs.  See the Mono 
Project web page for more information.
